Judges will be looking for evidence of projects that have transformed, entries for this category should demonstrate;

- How the marketplace responded and how you guided your team to adapt to key changes

Therapaws Limited is a Small Animal Hydrotherapy, Rehabilitation, Conditioning and well-being Super Centre operating within the Animal Care sector and treating primarily canines. The Therapaws super centre is truly a first of its kind on the Island providing top-of-the-range water and non-water-based equipment to help small animals where possible in whatever way they are in need. Whether that is for pre/post-surgical rehabilitation or conditioning, helping maintain quality of life for existing and continuous medical conditions or just for general fitness, fun and confidence. The services provided and the level to which they are carried out has literally been life-changing for clients and their owners.

Waltons offer a wide range of consumer electronics items from leading manufacturers. Having a dedicated service department is core to the business and unique to the island, Waltons repair items under warranty no matter where they are purchased. At times throughout the year, they hold over 800 Televisions and over 300 major home appliances in stock. Offering island wide delivery and TV install service has given consumers’ confidence in buying from Waltons and has cut down on the time consumers have to wait. Waltons focus is to help Isle of Man consumers to buy locally, so work with a UK buying group to ensure pricing is competitive with UK and online counterparts.
